Sit comfortably and let your head roll forward, Chin on your chest. Gently lift the chin and roll the head back continue.

Continue in this way and feel the tension loosen in your neck. Now roll the head to your shoulder then to the other side. Repeat this several times. Finally roll the head around, first on way then other.

Period Pain Relief

Kneel on all fours, arch the back, and then let it drop. You should look rather like cat. Continue arching and dropping and feel the relief.

Lie flat in the floor, arms by your side. Gently push the small of your back onto the floor and release. Repeat four or five times.

Guacamole is a thick, avocado-based dip typically served with tortilla chips which originated in Mexico. It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados with a molcajete (mortar and pestle) and adding tomatoes and seasonings. Much like any traditional dish, guacamole boasts an infinite number of recipes, with ingredients depending on the cultural surroundings and taste.


3 ripe avocado - should be dark in color as light color ones can be bitter

3 small tomato de-seeded and chopped

1 onion finely chopped

3 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and black pepper to taste, Serrano chilies, stems and seeds removed, minced

½ teaspoon garlic optional

Guacamole Recipe


Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.

Using a fork mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime or lemon, salt and pepper and mash some more. Chili peppers vary individually in their hotness. So, start with a half of one chili pepper and add to the guacamole to your desired degree of hotness.

Be careful handling the peppers wash your hands thoroughly after handling and do not touch your eyes or the area near your eyes with your hands for several hours.

Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve.

Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation from the air reaching it. Refrigerate until ready.

Just before serving add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix. Serve chilled with corn chips.

Remember that much of this is done to taste because of the variability in the fresh ingredients. Start with this recipe and adjust to your taste.

December 1st is the World AIDS Day to raise awareness about HIV and help people to stop the spread of HIV and AIDS. Today millions of people are living with HIV AIDS and new infections are continuously increasing every year.

According to a research and estimates 34 million people living with HIV including 3 million of children and almost 2 million people died from AIDS worldwide.

AIDS - Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome is a condition that affects the immune defense system of body. It is spread by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Spreading awareness of HIV among the teens through basic HIV and AIDS education is necessary to prevent all forms of HIV transmission.

HIV can be transmitted by: - Sexual Infection, through blood transmission, pregnant woman to child, injecting drugs with the needles which are shared with someone who is infected.

HIV prevention programs, encouraging people to adopt safer sexual behavior, social campaigns, education and counseling are the best ways to provide information about the AIDS. These can help to keep people aware and deal with the HIV.
